CRM & Automation Contractor – HubSpot, Klaviyo & ManyChat

We’re looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Contractor for a 1-month setup project across our fast-growing beauty brands. Working in our Bondi junction Head office, this is a hands-on implementation role focused on setting up and connecting HubSpot, Klaviyo, ManyChat and Shopify to create a streamlined CRM and customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and structure HubSpot CRM, including B2B lead pipelines and automated follow-up.
- Review and optimise Klaviyo segments, customer data and key lifecycle flows.
- Set up ManyChat for Instagram/Facebook lead capture and automation.
- Integrate Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo and ManyChat so customer and lead data flows correctly.
- Build B2C and B2B customer journeys, segmentation and automation.
- Test all systems and provide documentation/handover.

What We’re Looking For Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, ManyChat and Shopify is essential. You must have experience actually building CRM and automation systems, not simply managing campaigns.

Contract: 1 month, project-based

Goal: Complete setup, integration, testing and handover.
