Shred-X is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who wants to be rewarded for results.

This is a high-opportunity, office-based sales role focused on growing the Shred-X business across an established customer base. You will manage quality inbound enquiries, reactivate dormant accounts, uncover new opportunities, and build strong relationships that convert into ongoing revenue—and commission.

With an established service offering and a broad range of solutions, you will have genuine scope to grow your earnings. The more opportunities you generate, develop, and close, the greater your commission potential.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys talking to customers, identifying needs, closing business, and being directly rewarded for their performance.

What you’ll do

- Generate new business through proactive outbound calling, prospecting, follow-up, and re-engagement of dormant accounts.
- Convert high-quality inbound enquiries into profitable customer relationships.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to increase customer spend and maximise commission earnings.
- Recommend suitable Shred-X services and clearly communicate their commercial and operational value.
- Consistently progress a healthy pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, opportunity values, next steps, and pipeline status.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover and onboarding experience.
- Participate in sales coaching, team meetings, and initiatives designed to support performance and earning potential.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in outbound sales, telesales,



inside sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a similar target-driven role.
- A genuine motivation to earn commission and take ownership of your sales results.
- Confidence initiating outbound telephone conversations, building rapport quickly, and asking for the sale.
- Strong prospecting, questioning, listening, and qualification skills.
- A proactive, resilient, competitive, and accountable approach to achieving results.
- Strong organisation, follow-up, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
- Experience using CRM or customer-management systems, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to present service benefits professionally and persuasively.
- Coachability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct.
