Position Overview

- Title: Customer Returns Coordinator

- Department: DJ City Support / AVE Support

- Primary Objective: Deliver efficient, high-accuracy processing of returned merchandise to preserve inventory integrity and sustain customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

- Receiving &
- Intake Processing:

Execute intake of incoming Returns, matching the return against corresponding open support tickets to facilitate credits, refunds, or repair workflows.

- Product Inspection &

- Quality Assessment:

Perform evaluations of returned goods for condition, wear, and potential missing parts, determining appropriate return processing (Brand New or Open Box)

- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock integrity by executing system processes within Odoo and documenting notes.

- Financial Processing: Issue accurate customer credit notes and refunds while enforcing restocking fees for incomplete returns.

- Logistics &

- Routing:

Direct inventory to appropriate zones, including standard restocking, vendor returns (RMA), or internal technical repair.

- Interdepartmental Reporting:



Escalating Re-occurring product defects, quality issues, and transit damage trends to supervisors.

Candidate Qualifications &

- Operational Requirements

- Professional Experience: Prior background in logistics, warehouse operations, or retail inventory control.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with word, Excel and ERP exposure (Odoo preferred).

- Physical Capabilities: Stamina for extended active shifts, including the routine handling and lifting.

- Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and efficient spatial organization skills.
