About the Position

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an additional Customer Service Administrator to join an established customer service team. Responsibilities will include:

- Providing fortnightly construction updates
- Providing exceptional customer service as clients main point of contact
- Create and manage required building variations
- Collate required forms and certificates to gain occupancy certificate
- Prepare handover documentation and gifts

Our ideal candidate will have:





- Experience within the building or construction industry preferred
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a high volume role
