We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our gardening and landscaping team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and supporting a busy team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an important role in coordinating gardening services and ensuring our day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate gardening and landscaping services with customers and gardening teams.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, work orders and other customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update booking and service information.
- Follow up enquiries, quotes and outstanding customer requests.
- Liaise with gardeners, contractors and customers to coordinate service requirements.
- Handle customer questions, feedback and service issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with general office administration and data entry.
- Monitor upcoming jobs and help ensure services are completed on schedule.
- Maintain organised records of regular gardening clients,



property details and service requirements.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
- Computer literate and comfortable using scheduling, invoicing and office systems.
- Experienced in administration or customer service, preferably within gardening, landscaping, property maintenance or a similar service-based industry.

Pay: $33.17 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
