We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer-facing sales and service with day-to-day office support. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a positive attitude and robust communication skills are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

- Responding to customer emails and enquiries in a timely, professional manner

- Performing in-store shop fittings and assisting customers with sizing and product selection

- Preparing quotes for new customer enquiries

- Setting up new customer accounts and onboarding

- Processing returns and exchanges

- General office duties to support the wider team

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
