About the role

This is a varied position supporting customers and the wider business with enquiries, order coordination and general administration. You will work closely with several internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and customers receive clear, timely information.

Duties

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Enter and coordinate customer orders and requests
- Provide customers with accurate updates and information
- Investigate issues and coordinate a timely resolution
- Maintain customer records and complete general administration
- Assist the wider office team when required

Skills and experience

- Experience within a B2B or product-based environment preferred




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident learning and working across different systems
- Organised and accurate with the ability to manage priorities
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership
