About the role

Join our team at Rodenstock Australia as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in our Silverwater, NSW office. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

- Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner

- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the retail or wholesale industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers





- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and order management tools
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
