Customer Service Representative:

- Full-time opportunity: 5 days per week onsite, based in Regents Park, Sydney.

- $34.96 per hour super

- Immediate start - 6-month Temporary role through the Christmas period

Duties:

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

- Respond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phone

- Accurately process customer orders and data

- Build rapport with customers and promote the product range

- Contribute to a positive and team oriented work environment

About the Company:

Our client is expanding their Customer Service team in preparation for the busy Christmas season. You’ll be fully trained and supported to handle a range of customer enquiries across inbound and outbound calls and emails.

About you:

- Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to commit to Full-time hours - 5 days per week

- Availability to commence immediately

- Available to work over the Christmas period

- Must be able to reliably commute to Regents Park
