About the role The Customer Service Tree Inspector will action customer service requests relating to City of Ballarat trees that present a risk to community, private infrastructure or council assets. This will involve detailed tree assessment, defect identification, reporting and job creation as well as responding in a professional and timely manner to community tree requests. About you The successful candidate will have:
- A current Victorian driver's license
- well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our residents
- The ability to work with other Operational teams and provide condition and defect inspections for tree related issues
- Relevant arboriculture certification and in field experience
- Technical knowledge of asset management systems and data registers
