? We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and patterns, building reports and dashboards, and turning complex information into clear and actionable business insights.
? Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
- Prepare and maintain accurate datasets, reports, and analytical models
- Analyse business performance, trends, customer behaviour, and operational metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and insights
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business and strategic initiatives
- Prepare clear summaries and presentations of analytical findings for stakeholders
- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
- Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, operations, product, and technology teams
- Assist with data automation and process improvement initiatives
- Document data sources, analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting requirements
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions
- Stay informed about data analytics tools, technologies,
and best practices
✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level, with 0–3+ years of experience
- Internships, graduate experience, academic projects, or relevant practical experience are welcome
- Degree or relevant studies in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights in Australia
