? About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Entry-Level / Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Australia.
This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to start or develop their career in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting . You’ll work with different types of business data, assist with reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide insights to support day-to-day business decisions.
? Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various sources.
- Assist with data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Support the development of data visualizations and performance reports.
- Assist with tracking KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Conduct basic data analysis using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Work with team members to understand reporting and data requirements.
- Identify data inconsistencies and assist with resolving data-quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
- Support data-related projects and other analytical tasks as required.

? Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics , or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data-analysis tools is a plus.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting principles is beneficial.
