We are looking for seasoned Dayforce Implementation Consultants with expertise in Talent Management, Reporting, and Payroll modules.

The consultant will play a key role in deploying Dayforce solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Dayforce implementations across Talent, Reporting, and Payroll functionalities
- Translate business needs into system configurations and reporting frameworks
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
- Guide clients through UAT, training, and deployment

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience with Dayforce HCM
- Proven implementation experience across multiple modules, including Talent and Payroll
- Familiarity with compliance and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
