About the role

European Foods is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Middle Swan, this role is central to our operations, ensuring that food products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellent customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of vehicle safety and punctuality.

This position offers the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a dedicated logistics team committed to keeping Western Australia's food supply chain moving.

What you'll be doing

- Operating a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety policies

- Loading, securing and unloading food products from delivery vehicles in compliance with food safety standards and handling requirements

- Delivering products to customers at scheduled locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

- Recording delivery information, obtaining customer signatures and maintaining accurate delivery documentation

- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or damage

- Communicating effectively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays

- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, both personally and with the vehicle

- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all aspects of the delivery process

- Building positive relationships with customers and resolving any delivery-related queries professionally

- Reporting any accidents, incidents or vehicle damage promptly to management

What we're looking for

- A current, valid driver's licence with a clean driving history and no major traffic violations

- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within the road transport or logistics industry
- A strong understanding of road safety regulations and a commitment to safe driving practices




- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet delivery schedules

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle packages safely and regularly throughout the day

- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

- Familiarity with food handling standards and temperature-controlled transport (preferred)

- Knowledge of the Middle Swan area and greater Perth region (advantageous)

- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing delivery requirements and route optimisation
