Job Description
You will be contributing to a variety of innovative projects that deliver the most creative and cutting-edge software solutions and have an opportunity to continuously learn and grow.

Responsibilities
n
n
- System troubleshooting and problem solving across applications
n
- Provide technical assistance and developer support as part of a global 24x7-support organization
n
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful
n
- Develop AI automation and processes to enable teams to develop, deploy, manage, monitor and configure CI/CD for a complex distributed system
n
- Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products (Azure and GCP), solutions and APIs including GCP's GKE, Big Query, Cloud Storage, Apache Airflow and other
n
- Follow notification and escalation procedures
n
- Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- At least 10 years of experience as Systems or DevOps Engineer or a combination of Networking and Development
n
- Ability to read and understand code and able to write code samples to reproduce customer issues
n
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
n
- Solid understanding and experience working with high availability, high performance, multi-data centre systems and hybrid cloud environments
n
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platforms
n
- Proven experience with Jenkins and Github in designing complex multistage pipelines
n
- Ability to specify requirements and procedures for routine maintenance and operations
n
- Proven experience with moving applications from development stage into operations
n
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces
n
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
n
- Ability to create Python/Bash scripts and develop code
n
- Problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading)
n
- English B2/C1
n
n

- Experience with monitoring tools

- Experience with AWS platform
