Job Description

Homebuilders IQ is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our growing team in Western Australia. The role centers on owning client administration through pre-construction milestones, coordinating with drafting and engineering consultants, and ensuring timely progress from sign-up to slab down.

You will liaise with clients, manage finance approvals and council/developer requirements, and identify opportunities to streamline processes while supporting the sales function.
