Job Description

Pepe's Ducks Ltd is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Officer to join the Human Resources team on a permanent, full time basis. The role covers WHS across farming, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and dispatch, with a focus on incident and risk management, policy support, and compliance.

The successful candidate will maintain WHS records, engage stakeholders, and promote a proactive safety culture while meeting pre-employment checks and regulatory requirements.
