About the Role

Denno Dent is a dental laboratory specialising in high-end, natural-looking restorations, combining craftsmanship with modern digital workflows.

We are seeking a Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our growing team and take ownership of the digital design process across a range of restorative cases, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant work.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in digital design, has a strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion, and enjoys working on complex, detail-driven cases. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure designs translate seamlessly into high-quality final restorations.

As part of a growing lab, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping and improving our digital workflows, systems, and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design a wide range of restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant cases with Exocad
- Ensure designs meet functional requirements, including occlusion, contacts, and margin integrity
- Review and assess digital scans and case prescriptions for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure designs translate effectively into final restorations




- Manage and prioritise digital workflows to meet turnaround times
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design work
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or scan-related issues
- Contribute to improving digital workflows, systems, and efficiencies within the lab

About You

- Proven experience as a CAD/CAM Designer
- Strong proficiency with Exocad software
- Solid understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative design principles
- Experience designing crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet turnaround times
- Must be PR or Australian Citizen
