Cheeky The Dentist is looking for an experienced dentist to join our growing team across our Waterloo and Five Dock practices .

We’re looking for someone to start 1–2 days per week , with the opportunity to increase their days as their books grow. There will also be some Saturday availability required , but don’t panic, we’re not talking every Saturday for the rest of your natural life.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants to build a loyal patient base within a genuinely progressive, growing dental group without disappearing into a giant corporate, men-in-suits machine.

an established patient base and a growing brand across Sydney’s Inner West and Inner South.

The dentist we're looking for

Clinical skills matter, obviously.

But who you are to work with matters just as much.

You’ll need to be a proper team player .

That means communicating with your DA, helping your fellow clinicians, working collaboratively with our OHT, contributing to the morning huddle, supporting the front desk and understanding that nobody at Cheeky is too important to help someone else.

We’d love someone who is:

- confident with general dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
- warm, personable and excellent with patients
- comfortable treating nervous patients
- genuinely interested in building long-term patient relationships
- commercially aware without being salesy
- comfortable working across Waterloo and Five Dock
- available for occasional Saturdays
- proactive and happy to help grow their own book
- interested in continued learning and development
- able to have a laugh and bring a little Cheeky ’tude to work

Essential You must be appropriately trained, experienced and confident providing botulinum toxin treatment , including:

Masseter / bruxism / TMJ-related treatment and Cosmetic botulinum toxin treatments.

You’ll need all relevant training, registration,



insurance and credentials required to provide these treatments safely and compliantly.

Big bonus, but absolutely not essential

If you’re confident with implant placement / implant surgery, surgical extractions and wisdom teeth removal , we’d definitely love to hear about it.

Surgical skills are a big plus, but they’re not a dealbreaker.

We’re much more interested in finding the right clinician and right human than ticking every box on a procedural wish list.

The role

Location: Waterloo + Five Dock

Days: Initially 1–2 days per week

Growth: Opportunity to increase days as your patient base grows

Saturdays: Some Saturday availability required — not every Saturday

Remuneration: 40% commission

You'll be joining a growing team with clinicians, an Oral Health Therapist, experienced dental assistants and a leadership team that is extremely invested in building both the business and the careers of the people inside it .

We want someone who wants to become part of Cheeky, not someone who simply wants to turn up, drill some teeth and disappear at 5pm.
