About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist/Clinican to join our close-knit clinical team in Campbell, ACT. This role steps into an established, loyal client base, so we’re after someone who can hit the ground running: confident across advanced modalities, comfortable building trust quickly with new clients, and genuinely invested in delivering the considered, science-backed care our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis, developing tailored treatment plans aligned with each client’s skin, health and lifestyle goals.
- Perform advanced dermal treatments including chemical peels, skin needling/microneedling (exosomes and other biomedical infusions), laser for pigmentation, vascular and collagen stimulating treatments, laser hair removal, skin tightening, Nano-Fractional RF resurfacing, pigmentation treatments, HydraFacial and LED light therapy.
- Deliver premium facial treatments (Biologique Recherche, HydraFacial, DMK Enzyme Therapy and custom health facials) to a consistently high standard.




- Recommend and retail appropriate take-home skincare from our premium product lines, integrating our internal-health philosophy where relevant.
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records, consent forms and treatment notes for every client.
- Follow all infection control, hygiene and clinical SOPs to the clinic’s standard.
- Build genuine, lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and retention.
- Support and mentor junior therapists, and contribute positively to team culture and clinic innovation.
- Stay current with recent techniques, technologies and product knowledge through ongoing training.

About You

- Graduate Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science (or equivalent dermal/clinical aesthetics qualification); a relevant Bachelor's qualification is highly regarded.
- Current certifications relevant to laser/IPL and other machine-based treatments you’ll be performing.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical skin, cosmetic or dermal clinic setting, with confidence across advanced treatment modalities.
- Familiarity with premium clinical skincare brands (e.g.

Biologique

Recherche, DMK, SkinCeuticals, SkinBetter Science or similar) is highly regarded.

- Excellent consultative communication skills, with a genuine, ethical approach to treatment recommendations and retail.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and pride in delivering a premium client experience.
