One of Queensland's most significant residential development programs is underway, and CBRE's Development &
- Infrastructure team is expanding to support its delivery. We're seeking experienced Design Managers at Director, Manager and Advisor level to join a high-profile client-side advisory team working on a landmark residential precinct project.

The Opportunity

Working within a client-side program environment, you'll provide design management, governance and advisory expertise across large-scale residential delivery packages. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a long-term, career-defining project while collaborating with senior stakeholders, industry experts and delivery partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide client-side oversight of design delivery across major high rise residential projects.
- Review design outcomes, risks and programme impacts.
- Support design governance, approvals and reporting activities.
- Monitor design interfaces and coordinate key stakeholders.
- Provide commercial and strategic advice to clients on design-related matters.
- Contribute to successful project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

About You

We're interested in professionals from architecture, engineering, urban design, or related disciplines who bring experience working on major residential, mixed-use or precinct developments.

You will demonstrate

- Experience in design management, design assurance or client-side project delivery




- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and manage project risk.
- A cooperative approach and the confidence to influence project outcomes.
- Understanding of large-scale development and construction delivery.
