Cooper & Co. makes furniture and homewares for the way Australians really live. Considered design for real homes, real budgets and real life. We've been designing and delivering to Australian homes since 2020, with an obsession for getting the details right and a belief that good design should be within reach.

Social is where a lot of people meet us for the first time, and we're looking for a creative, commercially minded Content Creator to help bring our brand, products and stories to life across our organic social channels.

The role

You'll be a recurring face for Cooper & Co. on TikTok and Instagram, and help deliver an organic social presence aligned with our retail calendar, marketing plan and social strategy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content. You'll ideate, film, edit, write, schedule, publish and optimise, from lo-fi short-form video and product demonstrations through to styling content, trends, behind-the-scenes moments and creator content.

You'll balance planned campaigns with reactive opportunities, keep an eye on our online community, and use performance insights to keep improving what we create.

What you'll be doing

- Plan, create, schedule, publish and optimise organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Ideate, film and edit engaging mobile-first content, including short-form video, product demonstrations, styling and store content, behind-the-scenes moments,



copywriting and voice-overs.
- Monitor organic performance, with explicit insights, learnings and recommendations.
- Identify high-performing organic content with potential for paid amplification.
- Support influencer and UGC activity through reposting, tagging, community engagement.

What we're looking for

- Comfortable and confident on camera, and happy to be a recurring face for the brand.
- Strong creative ideation, with the confidence to pitch original content rather than wait for a brief.
- Able to film and edit content in-house, end to end, with hands-on experience in CapCut (or equivalent).
- Design experience in Canva.
- A strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram, including hooks, trends, reels, carousels and how the algorithm rewards content.
- An eye for styling and detail, so content looks like our brand (homewares experience a plus).
- An understanding of social analytics and the ability to turn performance data into practical recommendations.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, balancing planned work with reactive opportunities.

- A dedicated in-house photography studio on site, ready whenever you need it.

2 to 3 days per week, on-site, with days to be agreed.

Based at our Office, showroom and warehouse in Heatherton, VIC.
