Rabar Media is a performance marketing agency based in Perth, Australia. We've managed over $10M in ad spend across 100+ businesses since 2018.

We build and run the full acquisition engine for high-ticket service businesses: paid media, funnels, CRM and automation, creative.

We're looking for a direct response copywriter to work with us on an ongoing basis across multiple client accounts, producing the copy that our account managers need to launch and scale campaigns.

Read this part carefully. This is not content marketing. It is not SEO blog work. It is not brand storytelling. It is also not DTC or e-commerce. Every client we work with is a service-based business generating leads and booked appointments, and everything we write is measured by cost per lead and booking rate. That is it. This is direct response copywriting for lead generation.

Most clients sell services priced above $2,000 with a sales team taking the calls, so the copy's job is to book qualified appointments.

- Onboarding calls with clients to extract the offer, the market and the proof

What we're looking for

- Proven direct response experience with a portfolio of ads, VSLs or sales pages that have run live (results data preferred)
- Ability to write in Australian English and for an Australian audience
- Can sit on a client onboarding call, ask the right questions and walk away with enough to build the offer and the messaging
- Comfortable working from a brief, a transcript or a call recording rather than needing everything spelled out
- Rapid, iterative and happy to take direct feedback without rewriting from scratch every round
- High output. This role exists to take the copy load off our account managers, so volume and turnaround matter
- Understands compliance constraints. Property and finance copy in Australia has real limits on claims, guarantees and testimonials, so we need someone who writes persuasively inside those lines

Nice to have

- Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or similar
- Familiarity with Meta ad account structure and why creative volume matters
