In the role of Director, you will work closely with our Corporate & Institutional Banking Credit Structuring & Execution team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Lead NAB's Credit Structuring & Execution function across Queensland, supporting Corporate, Property and Institutional Banking clients
- Manage a team of 9-10 experienced bankers, driving performance, capability uplift and employee engagement
- Partner with Coverage, Risk and Product teams to structure and execute complex lending and financing solutions
- Hold significant accountability for portfolio performance, credit quality, customer outcomes and risk management
- Operate across multiple industries and sectors, balancing strategic priorities while delivering outcomes for NAB's largest clients

You’ll bring to this role:

- Extensive experience in Corporate,



Institutional or Specialised Finance banking environments, with deep credit and transaction execution expertise
- Proven leadership capability, including leading large teams and developing high-performing banking professionals
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess complex transactions, risks and capital allocation opportunities
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders, clients and risk partners
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment, confidently wearing multiple hats across industry sectors, deal execution, portfolio management and people leadership
