Due to an exciting leadership opportunity within our business, we're seeking an experienced Director | Project Management to lead and grow our Project Management division.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Western Australia's largest independent property groups and play a key role in delivering complex and high-profile projects across a diverse client base.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of projects from inception through to completion while driving new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of sectors, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, commercially and with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the delivery of complex construction and property projects
- Providing strategic project management advice to clients
- Managing project budgets, programmes and risk
- Building and maintaining robust client relationships
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Supporting and mentoring project management team members
- Working collaboratively across the broader Cygnet West business to deliver integrated client solutions




- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Project Management division

About You You'll be an experienced project management professional with a strong network, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Extensive project management experience within construction, property or consulting environments
- Proven experience managing complex projects and stakeholder groups
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- A client-first mindset and collaborative approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- Professional industry memberships (highly regarded)
