Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple support workers across Geraldton and Perth for two distinct roles.

Role 1 – Disability Support Worker (Female Preferred)

Location: Geraldton We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and daily living support.

Key responsibilities include

- Personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Hoist transfers and safe manual handling.
- Mobility and positioning support.
- Medication assistance in accordance with support plans.
- Meal preparation and household activities.
- Community access, appointments, shopping and social activities.
- Completing progress notes, handovers and incident documentation.
- Supporting participants to build independence and participate in everyday activities.

Ideal applicants will have experience with personal care, hoisting and supporting people with physical, intellectual, psychosocial or complex disabilities.

Role 2 – Disability Support Worker

Locations: Perth We are also seeking confident and experienced workers to support individuals who may have complex support needs, behaviours of concern and involvement with the justice system.

This role may suit applicants with backgrounds in:

- Disability support.
- Youth work.
- Residential care.
- Out-of-home care.
- Justice or corrective services.
- Mental health or psychosocial support.
- Community services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting participants with complex and challenging behaviours.
- Maintaining professional boundaries and consistent support strategies.
- Applying positive behaviour support approaches.




- Supporting community access, appointments and daily routines.
- Recognising behavioural triggers and responding appropriately.
- Supporting participants with emotional regulation and decision-making.
- Following Behaviour Support Plans, risk assessments and safety procedures.
- Completing accurate progress notes, behaviour reports and incident documentation.
- Working collaboratively with guardians, families, clinicians, Behaviour Support Practitioners and other professionals.

We are particularly interested in applicants who are calm, resilient, confident and able to build positive qualified relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.

What we are looking for

Successful applicants will ideally have:

- Previous disability, youth, residential or community services experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good written documentation skills.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to participant safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current driver's licence.
- Australian working rights.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in Disability, Individual Support, Youth Work, Community Services or similar will be highly regarded.
