URGENT: NDIS Support Workers Needed – Ringwood axis

We’re currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our growing team across Riwood and Croydon.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting participants to maintain their independence, live safely at home, and stay connected within their community.

Availability (Essential)

- Wednesdays: 12:00pm–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or group support with daily activities
- Assist with personal care, meal prep, and medication support
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Support social engagement and outings
- Advocate for participant wellbeing and rights
- Build solid, respectful relationships

Skills & Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting people with disability
- Personal care experience is essential




- Experience supporting individuals with mental health or disability

Requirements & Qualifications
- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Strong communication skills (fluent English)
