True Direction Supports is seeking an experienced and reliable disability support worker for regular weekday morning shifts with an adult male participant in Annandale.

Shifts generally begin between 9am and 10am and run for approximately 2–4 hours.

The role includes

- Personal care, including showering and dressing
- AFO and mobility assistance
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Support on uneven surfaces and during occasional mobility freezing
- General daily living and household support

The participant has an established routine and requires someone dependable who can build a consistent long-term working relationship.

Essential requirements

- Previous personal-care experience
- Full driver licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check




- First Aid and CPR
- Robust reliability and communication
- Ability to commit to regular weekday morning shifts

There is potential for additional hours supporting other participants across the Inner West and South West Sydney for the right person. Immediate start available.
