About the role:

A support worker is needed in Doughboy for assistance with shopping on Wednesdays. The role involves providing daily living support, including social interaction and shopping assistance. Engagements occur fortnightly, with each session lasting approximately 4.5 hours.

Compliance:

- Right to work document in Australia
- NDIS Worker’s Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or any equivalent
- Driver’s License with reliable transport
- Current First aid and CPR certificate

Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care, where required.
- Support community participation, social activities and appointments.
- Assist with meal preparation, household tasks and other agreed supports.

Skill & Experience
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, community services or a related field is desirable.
- Preferably with Certificate III in Individual Support or any equivalent
