We’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are calm under pressure, confident with hands-on care and genuinely enjoy supporting people with complex needs.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll support participants with medical, physical, behavioural and personal care requirements while helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

What You'll Be Supporting

Depending on the participant, your role may involve:

- ASD and intellectual disability
- Complex medical and physical support needs
- Non-verbal or alternative communication

- Seizure management
- Manual handling and mobility support
- Personal care, showering, toileting and continence care
- Behaviours of concern, including verbal and physical aggression
- Self-harm and trauma-related behaviours
- Implementation of Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Restrictive practices in line with individual plans and NDIS requirements
- Community access, appointments and daily activities





You’ll be expected to confidently follow individual Support Plans and Behaviour Support Plans, recognise changes in health or behaviour, respond appropriately to incidents and complete explicit and accurate documentation. This role is best suited to experienced support workers who are comfortable with complex care and challenging situations.

Shifts Available

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00pm – 6:00am Active/Awake
- Sleepover shifts available

Essential Requirements

- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality, Safety and You module
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Previous experience supporting people with complex needs
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
