Stopline, Australia's most experienced provider of whistleblower and integrity services, is seeking a Disclosure Services Officer to join our Disclosure Services Team.

Established in 2001, Stopline is an Australian owned and operated business providing confidential whistleblower and integrity services to protect the people, assets and reputation of our clients. In 2026 we mark 25 years in operation, supporting over 600 client organisations across sectors including retail, construction, technology, healthcare, education and government.

Position Overview

Reporting to the team leader, the Disclosure Services Officer is responsible for the intake, handling and documentation of confidential whistleblower disclosures received by phone, email, webform and post. The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality, a high level of accuracy and professionalism, and the ability to support disclosers through eligible whistleblower reporting processes under relevant legislation and workplace policy.

The Disclosure Services Team operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities The Disclosure Services Officer will:

- answer and manage inbound phone, email, webform and postal enquiries and reports in a timely and skilled manner;
- engage directly with disclosers to explain confidentiality and anonymity options and facilitate the eligible reporting process;
- develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the whistleblower provisions under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)



and the Public Interest Disclosures Act (Cth);
- accurately document and process disclosures in line with set KPIs and service standards;
- handle highly sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement; and
- liaise with colleagues as required to escalate or resolve complex matters.

About you Our next successful candidate will:

- have prior experience in phone-based customer service or admin roles;
- have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- possess a high level of attention to detail;
- feel confident managing a demanding workload independently;
- be able to meet deadlines and established KPIs;
- follow structured policies and procedures;
- exercise empathy and professionalism when engaging with individuals raising sensitive matters; and
- have proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and the ability to learn and adopt new technology.
