About the role

We currently have opportunities for dedicated Support Workers to join our team across our SIL home in Goulburn as well as working in the Community.

You will support our clients with their daily living needs, including in-home support, personal care, social engagement and community participation. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and person-centred individuals who genuinely enjoy supporting others to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Person-centred care is at the heart of what we do. Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of what person-centred support truly means and be committed to respecting each client’s individual needs, choices, goals and preferences.

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services,



we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker

- Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or a relatable qualification)

- Experience with complex Psychosocial Disabilities

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (5 Years Validity).

- Driver’s Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car.

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

- Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.

- Medication Assessment Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.

- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
