What You’ll Be Doing

? Run the day – own the Plumbing call board and keep our technicians moving.

? Make the call – match the right technician to the right job.

? Stay one step ahead – manage changes, solve problems and keep the board full.

? Keep customers in the loop – provide updates and ensure no surprises.

? Set the team up to win – plan ahead, track results and help achieve daily goals.

? Deliver 5-star service – work with our field team to create excellent customer outcomes.

About You

✔ Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities.

✔ Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and field teams.

✔ Quick thinker who can solve problems and adapt when plans change.

✔ Takes ownership, makes decisions and follows through.

✔ Positive, driven and motivated by achieving results.

✔ Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Dispatch, scheduling or logistics experience highly regarded.
