Work with Pharmacists and the managers of online sales you will be required to assist with:
Answering phone calls and receive orders for medicinal Cannabis products
Dispensing orders
Packaging of postage orders
Provide a high level of customer Service and product knowledge
Stock and inventory management
Skills and experience
Great communication skills and are proficient in English.
Work well in a team environment as well as being able to complete tasks autonomously.
Focus on customer service and sales.
A outstanding problem solver and are outcome focused.
Willing to learn and grow at work. A pharmacy assistant looking to step up to a technician would be considered
