We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to take the lead across our Branch Stock and Webshop operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll keep people, stock and priorities moving - ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead the day-to-day operation across Branch Stock and Webshop
- Allocate labour and shift priorities to keep the DC on track
- Oversee inbound freight, stock processing, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch
- Keep inventory accurate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly
- Monitor workload, productivity, accuracy, service levels and dispatch readiness
- Coach and support the team to deliver high performance
- Move resources across the operation as priorities change
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse
- Identify practical ways to improve workflow, productivity, accuracy and customer service

What you’ll bring

- Experience in warehousing, retail distribution,



e-commerce fulfilment or inventory operations
- Proven ability to lead people and manage competing priorities
- Strong WMS, stock control and inventory skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and calm judgement under pressure
- Transparent communication and the confidence to coach and hold people accountable
- Understanding of the full warehouse operation — from receiving through to dispatch
- Forklift or order-picker licence, where required
- A willingness to get hands-on when the operation needs it
