The Role:

This is a full-time opportunity offering 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, community-minded Pharmacy Leader to take their career to the next level and to join our close-knit team at TerryWhite Chemmart Douglas Street as our new Dispensary Manager. The Dispensary Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the dispensary.



You will implement and maintain TerryWhite Chemmart's standards and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and managing the dispensary team effectively.

- Lead daily operations of the dispensary to ensure top performance and compliance.
- Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacy team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor dispensary metrics and implement strategies for financial success.

About You:

- You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
- Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Vaccination and medication injection accreditation is ideal.
- Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
- Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
