About the Opportunity

Bones & Harmony is looking for a professional dog groomer who wants to run their own grooming space inside our fully equipped grooming pod. You can choose the arrangement that suits you best:

- Low‑cost pod rental where you operate independently.
- Flexible partnership, working together on bookings, social media, and business growth.
- Hybrid option including extra hours as a Dog Attendant in our daycare (after a successful trial shift) while your grooming client base grows.

We’re looking for someone confident, reliable, and ready to take ownership of the grooming service.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete management of grooming services:




- Full grooms, baths, deshedding, nail trims, hygiene care.
- Clear communication with clients about styles and expectations.
- Safe, calm handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Maintain a clean, organised grooming pod.
- Record grooming notes and service details.
- Capture photos/videos of grooms for marketing (guidelines provided).
- If in partnership: assist with bookings, customer communication, and social media content.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of grooming experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
- Excellent dog‑handling skills and customer service.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow.
- Willingness to complete a trial shift in the daycare (if wanting extra hours).
