Must-Have**

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields like core Engineering (with some exposure in computer science). Proficiency in either or few of AI, machine learning, data analytics, IoT, and advanced process control systems is appreciated.

Over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a proven track record in leading technology innovation/transformation projects.

Deep understanding of the industry and adeptness in implementing digital solutions for operational optimization. Experience of implementing and developing Digital Solutions across the Upstream/ Midstream value chain

Extensive consulting experience serving oil and gas clients across all operational sectors including Asset Reliability, Asset Integrity, Operations and Maintenance.

Proven project management skills, including managing budgets and resources effectively.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Good-to-Have

Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Business Analysis of Client requirement and Tecsolutioning.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Provide subject matter expertise across exploration, drilling, production operations. Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the sector.





Lead the development and execution of a holistic Production/Operations and technical services digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching goals and objectives, ensuring a transparent roadmap for achieving sustainable operational excellence.

Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the client organization, including executives, department heads (Engineering), and Operations teams, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Implement a structured ideation process to continuously generate new and innovative ideas aligned with the client's strategic objectives. Partner with industry experts and thought leaders to identify emerging trends in the oil and gas sector.

Conduct thorough feasibility assessments for ideas, including creating detailed concept notes, outlining use cases, and identifying technical and commercial risks. Develop business cases for shortlisted ideas, quantifying potential benefits and outlining associated costs. Secure funding for approved projects through presentations to the Program Steering Committee, highlighting the project's value proposition and alignment with KPIs

Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering collaboration and results-oriented work environment.

Establish and maintain governance structures, conduct quarterly Program Steering Committee meetings for progress reviews and decision-making.

Ensure that digital technologies and use cases generate clear value for the company and its clients.

Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive simulation, condition-based maintenance schedules, and dynamic tolerance- and volatility-based predictive analytics approaches.

Utilize deep domain knowledge in energy, sustainability, and digital technology to inform project strategies and decision-making processes. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing the best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
