Draftsperson - Fabrication & Engineering

We are looking for a talented Draftsperson with experience in AutoCAD to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing detailed drawings for powerline infrastructure, lattice towers, steel monopoles, and custom-engineered structures. This is an exciting chance to work on diverse, large-scale projects, applying your technical expertise and attention to detail to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Control and maintenance of drafting requirements

- Production of drawing and material lists

- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental systems

- Preparation of engineering documentation

- Purchasing and materials management

- Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:

- Working knowledge/experience with AutoCAD

- Experience in steel fabrication detailing





- Working knowledge of Australian Standards and steel fabrication processes

- Experience in Advanced Steel and/or MicroStation highly desirable

- Excellent attention to detail - with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency

- Self-Motivated and proactive in approach
