Our iconic locations include the stunning Kingscliff Beach Hotel, the riverfront Chinderah Tavern, and the picturesque Jacobs Well Hotel. Each venue has its own identity, but all share the same mission: to deliver exceptional hospitality across food & beverage, gaming, retail, and events.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Duty Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience in high-volume pub or restaurant management, including bistro, bar, gaming,



and compliance
- A genuine passion for hospitality and people

- Strong leadership abilities with confidence and excellent communication skills

- Flexibility — as we all know, hospitality doesn’t run 9 to 5

- A willingness to learn, grow, and improve every day

- Full Australian work rights

- Current NSW RSA and RCG, or willingness to obtain
