Role Description The Early Childhood Teacher will design, develop, and review digital early learning activities and resources aligned with EYLF and NQS frameworks. In this full-time remote role, the teacher will plan developmentally appropriate content, create engaging lesson plans, and ensure materials support diverse learning needs and backgrounds.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with other educators and content teams, contributing to curriculum mapping, and providing expert feedback on resource quality and educational value.



The role also involves monitoring emerging trends in early childhood education, incorporating best practices into content, and maintaining clear documentation for learning outcomes and assessments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices to digital learning resources.
- Proficiency in Teaching and Working With Children, including creating inclusive, supportive learning environments and managing varied developmental stages.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, particularly in designing structured, outcomes-based early learning programs aligned to recognized frameworks (e.g., EYLF, NQS).
- Relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field; formal teaching registration or certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms used for content creation, resource sharing, and online collaboration.
- Commitment to child safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional learning in early childhood education.
