We are currently seeking Qualified Educators who are passionate about early childhood education and believe in the power of play-based learning. What We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who:

- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning, development, and well-being.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Drive and motivation to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Show initiative, flexibility, and a proactive,



professional approach to all tasks.
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with the team on unique projects and contribute to our innovative curriculum.
- Work closely with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Leadership Team.

What You'll Need
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Availability to work within our operating hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm. (We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.)
