To continue this success we are looking for a Finance Analyst to lead finance planning, reporting, and controls for the ANZ Beverages business. This role will act as a key business partner, driving commercial finance initiatives and collaborating closely with Market GMs, Franchise, Marketing, and Bottling teams to deliver strategic and financial outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Lead AOP and rolling forecast planning, including P&L; forecasting and business reviews.
n
- Provide financial analysis on volume, pricing, costs, and market performance trends.
n
- Support strategic decision-making through business case and profitability analysis.
n
- Partner with Commercial and Franchise teams to drive growth initiatives and AOP delivery.
n
- Develop sales forecasts and deliver insights on pricing, investments, and ROI.
n
- Support innovation and new product launches through financial planning and stage-gate reviews.
n
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, cash flow analysis, and accrual management.
n
- Drive compliance, internal controls, GCS governance, and risk mitigation across finance processes.

About you:
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
or a related discipline; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
n
- 5+ years of finance experience, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
n
- Proven ability to lead finance projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
n
- Experience in business strategy development, financial planning, and execution.
n
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and information management platforms.
n
- Exposure to multicultural environments and global business operations.
n
- The ability to balance financial controls, planning, and commercial partnership with Franchise and Marketing teams with solid understanding of bottler economics is preferred.
