improved practices. About the role: We are looking for experienced
and enthusiastic Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers to join
our teams at various locations across Australia. The Farm Manager
will be responsible for ongoing management in conjunction with Pro
Ten Farm Management and staff of the day-to-day operations of the
Broiler Farm allocate the day-to-day operations within cutting
edge, tunnel ventilated broiler bird farms, providing strong
leadership, in order to ensure cost effective and effective bird
production. As the Assistant Farm Manager, you will collaborate
with, and provide support to, the farm manager through assisting
with all of their duties and responsibilities. About you: To be
considered for the Manager or Assistant Farm Manager role, you will
need to have at least two years experience in supervisory roles
within broiler/breeder farms. You will have suitable certification
or relevant experience. You will be confident in working closely
with staff in order to provide guidance and support and take a
collaborative approach as you work alongside the Pro Ten Farm
Management and staff. You are efficient, with excellent attention
to detail and a can-do attitude. You are a proven self-starter who
is able to work well in a team. You will have high regard for
Safety Health Environment and Quality and will work with our people
to proactively support a positive WHS culture across the
organisation. Successful applicants must have the right to work in
