Job Description

Benetas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People, Culture and Diversity team on a full-time basis until October 2027, with Hawthorn East head offices and occasional site visits. You will recruit across corporate roles and volume hire Care Workers and Nurses, partnering with managers and building robust candidate networks.

We offer a $90k base salary plus 12% superannuation, NFP salary packaging, and a hybrid work pattern with two days WFH after probation.
