About the role

Monarch Civil Ventures is seeking full time capable operators for regional civil construction projects, including bulk and detailed earthworks, roadworks, infrastructure upgrades. Opportunities are available for experienced plant operators of Graders, Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Rollers, and Traffic Controllers. Multi-skilled operators with demonstrated civil experience will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and position plant for operation

- Operate plant to excavate, break, drill, level, compact, gouge out, move, load and spread earth, rock, rubble, soil and other materials

- Service, monitor and adjust operation of plant

- Select, fit, and remove plant attachments as required

- Work accurately from drawings, markers and verbal instructions

- Identify plant faults and report maintenance requirements

About you

- Demonstrated experience in earthworks, roadworks or pavement construction

- Competence operating one or more items of heavy civil earthmoving plant
- The ability to work safely and productively without constant supervision

- Relevant tickets, licences and VOCs
