Today, KeepCup is sold across Australia, the UK and the US through both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re investing in our digital ecosystem and looking for someone to own and grow our ecommerce business.

About the Role

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and own the performance and growth of KeepCup’s ecommerce business, turning product launches and our innovation pipeline into sustained DTC and marketplace revenue growth.

This is a hands-on ownership role. You’ll be in the detail every day, improving site performance, shaping campaigns, refining customer journeys, and driving measurable improvements in conversion, retention and revenue.

We’re looking for someone experienced who is ready for real ownership. You’ll operate across Shopify, CRM and digital channels, confidently manage agency partners, and connect the moving parts of ecommerce into one clear commercial outcome: growth.

You’ll have autonomy to shape how we do things, and the expectation to improve them.

What You'll Do

Ecommerce & Conversion Optimisation

- Own Shopify performance and optimisation
- Improve conversion rate, average order value and revenue per session
- Optimise the full customer journey across site, cart and checkout
- Lead merchandising, product discovery and onsite experience
- Run CRO testing and continuous improvement across the funnel

Digital Acquisition

- Own paid digital strategy and agency relationships
- Optimise acquisition channels for profitable growth
- Brief campaigns and ensure activity is aligned to commercial outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

CRM & Customer Lifecycle

- Own CRM strategy across email and SMS (HubSpot for B2B and Klaviyo for D2C)
- Build segmentation, automation and lifecycle journeys




- Improve retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value
- Continuously optimise CRM performance based on insights and testing|

SEO & Organic Growth

- Lead SEO strategy with external partners
- Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic and revenue
- Ensure SEO activity supports broader ecommerce performance

Analytics & Growth

- Turn insight into action across ecommerce and customer data
- Build a structured test-and-learn approach across all digital activity
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Translate data into clear commercial priorities

About You You are commercially driven, curious and proactive. You enjoy being in the detail, finding opportunities, and turning insight into action with a focus on improvements that move revenue, conversion and retention.

You’re comfortable working across multiple levers of ecommerce and understand how site, CRM and acquisition work together to drive growth.

You’re confident challenging agency recommendations, asking better questions, and ensuring activity is focused on commercial outcomes not reporting outputs.

You’ll bring

- 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital growth, or performance marketing roles with real commercial impact
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, CRO, CRM and digital acquisition
- Experience managing external agencies and confidently challenging recommendations
- Solid analytical and commercial mindset, you think in revenue, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value, not just channel metrics
- Ability to operate in the detail while keeping focus on commercial outcomes
