Role Description:

The Digital Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney (Darlinghurst), NSW.

We're looking for an eCommerce Graphic Designer to help shape how our brand looks, feels, and converts online. This is a specialist eCommerce/Digital design role. If you think in analytical ways, can translate the mechanics of eCommerce into visual design, and bring a luxury taste to every layout, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Design and evolve our Shopify site: homepages, PDPs, PLPs, and campaign landing pages
- Build new website features and page types
- Design and build weekly email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok, from raw footage to polished, on-brand Reels and Stories
- Create social and campaign creative that supports launches and collections




- Use performance data and CRO insights to inform design decisions and run A/B tests
- Translate designs across digital platforms so each execution is fit for purpose

What you'll bring

- Minimum 7 years as a Graphic Designer within an eCommerce or DTC brand (non-negotiable)
- An analytical mindset and a genuine understanding of what makes design convert
- Proven ability to design for Shopify (PDPs, PLPs, homepages)
- Advanced experience building EDMs and Flows in Klaviyo.
- Confident video editing skills for social media
- Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid UX/UI instincts
- Ability to solve brief constraints creatively, turning a tight timeline or limited asset set into a layout that still feels premium
- Awareness of digital and social trends, with instinct for when to adopt them early vs. when they're not right for the brand
- A positive attitude and openness to feedback
