PlayPatch Early Learning

Rothwell

At PlayPatch Rothwell, we're not just providing early childhood education and care, we're building a culture.

A culture where every decision, from our educators to our chef, leadership team and Approved Provider, begins with one easy question: "Is this in the best interests of the child?"

If the answer is yes, we know we're on the right path.

We're inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy because we believe children are capable, curious and deserving of a childhood that isn't rushed. We value play as meaningful learning, create environments that inspire exploration and recognise that relationships sit at the heart of everything we do.

As an Educator at PlayPatch Rothwell, you'll be an important part of a team dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for children every day. You'll build genuine relationships with children and families, contribute to inspiring learning environments and support programs that reflect children's interests, strengths and ideas.

We believe great early childhood education happens when passionate educators feel supported, valued and empowered to bring their unique strengths to the team.

We encourage honest conversations, recognise that everyone is still learning and understand that outstanding practice grows through reflection, mentorship and shared experience.

Children come first at PlayPatch, but we also believe the adults caring for them matter too.
