About the Role:

We are partnering with a highly regarded electrical contractor with a strong track record delivering large-scale projects across NSW to appoint multiple Electrical Project Manager's.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will lead projects from award through to commissioning and handover, managing all commercial, contractual, operational and client-facing aspects of delivery. You'll work alongside an experienced management team and lead a dedicated project team to ensure safe, profitable and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of a major Design & Construct electrical project from commencement through to completion.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow and overall financial performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and resource plans.
- Manage procurement of subcontractors, suppliers and major equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage variations, contractual obligations, project risks and EOTs.
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and site teams.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover activities.




- Drive a solid culture of safety, quality and project excellence.

About You:

- Electrical Trade qualified with proven experience delivering $10M–$15M Design & Construct electrical projects.
- Strong commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, variations and subcontractor management.
- Experience delivering Tier 1 major projects.
- Technical knowledge across services coordination, civil electrical works, power distribution, fit-out and commissioning.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead project teams and build client relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Aconex and Bluebeam; NSW Electrical Licence advantageous.
